On July 7th, 1980 Janet Rabb aka ELCE was born.
"I grew up on the west side of San Diego, attending MLK Jr. Elementary School. I started rhyming when I was about 11 years old just running the streets freestyling on the blocc and hustling. As time went on I developed my own style battling other emcees. When I was 14 Me and another female Silouete started doing local and out of town shows in places like LA and Las Vegas. Shortly after this my homeboy M-Rocc introduced me to Ecay Uno and challenged me to a battle. After doing more than holding my own he put me on as LC Janet and I became Bomb Leery. We went on tour as the Leery Gang and I was featured on all the Leery releases. I've also been featured on other albums such as MacVillain's 'Dickies & Chuccs', Cuzzin Ice's 'Low Bottomed Out', 'Danger Zone', Cyco City's 'Wall Street To Concrete' and all of Ecay's previous solo releases. I'm no longer BLE. I'm solo due to creative differences. It's real hard to do you on someone else's time or when they think you're ready! Fucc that! So now with my music I live on a more positive prospective as far as still keeping it street code but looking past banging and hanging more focused on showing lyrical skills. Just speaking on different topics in general because life is bigger than your hood. Plus I'm always ready to go. Some rappers need a minute to find themselves as an artist but not me. I didn't because I know who I am and I never needed to be coached on that. I'm bold, outspoken and I keep it real at all times, no matter what!"
